• Certification in KJD fetal sex determination techniques
• Continuing education workshops and seminars
• Online and in-person training options

3.3 Consultation Services

• Breeding program consultation
• Reproductive management advice
• Case review and second opinions
• Speaking engagements and presentations

4. Booking and Scheduling

• Services must be booked in advance through our website or by phone
• Confirmation will be provided within 24-48 hours of booking
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, animal welfare, or other circumstances
• Emergency consultations may be available subject to availability

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

• Fetal sex determination: $400-500 AUD per mare
• Training programs: As quoted individually
• Consultation services: Hourly rates as agreed
• Travel fees may apply for distances over 50km from Scone, NSW

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• Training programs require 50% deposit upon booking
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, cash
• GST is included in all quoted prices

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows: Full service fee applies
• Weather-related cancellations: No fee, automatic reschedule
• Training program cancellations: Subject to specific program terms

7. Professional Standards and Limitations

7.1 Veterinary Practice

Dr. Kevin Doyle is a registered veterinarian in Australia. All services are provided in accordance with Australian veterinary standards and regulations.

7.2 Service Limitations

• Fetal sex determination accuracy depends on gestational stage and imaging conditions
• Results are based on ultrasound interpretation at time of examination
• We do not guarantee pregnancy outcomes or breeding success
• Services do not replace comprehensive veterinary care

8. Liability and Insurance

• KJD Veterinary maintains professional indemnity insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• Clients are responsible for animal handling and safety during visits
• Property damage liability is limited to direct negligence

9. Intellectual Property

• Training materials and methodologies are proprietary to KJD Veterinary
• Certification programs include licensing of KJD techniques
• Website content, images, and materials are protected by copyright
• Clients may not reproduce or distribute training materials without permission

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, animal records, and breeding data in accordance with veterinary professional standards and privacy laws.

• Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts
• Account credentials must be kept secure and not shared
